Job summary

Biodesix, Inc. is hiring Lab Technician I (LT I) for on-site work in De Soto, KS. You will perform regulated clinical laboratory testing, support daily lab operations, and share knowledge to improve processes. Training will be provided to grow within the team and organization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a lab science or equivalent CRCR training, GLP familiarity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced lab with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent lab training meeting CLIA requirements.
• Experience with high complexity testing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform test realization within SOPs and QMS.
• Enter data into LIMS and related systems accurately.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and instrument upkeep.
• Assist with cross-training and continuous improvement projects.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Report and escalate any test or equipment issues promptly.
