Job summary

Freeport-McMoRan is hiring a Laboratory Technician I at the Climax Molybdenum site in Colorado. You will perform routine and non-routine chemical and metallurgical analyses, prepare samples, and maintain instrumentation on site near Leadville.

Located at high elevation, this on-site role offers a $1,450 monthly housing allowance for eligible staff, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a safety-focused culture.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

What We Offer You

The estimated pay range for this role is currently$21.00 - $29.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
