Suzano is hiring a Laboratory Technician for our Pine Bluff, AR lab. This entry-level role supports the lab team with testing across extruders, humidity and general lab activities.

You will perform standardized tests, operate calibration procedures, and help maintain lab safety and organization. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and a reliable, safety-conscious attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze burr holes and conduct heat seal and micro pit tests for multiple extruders to ensure product quality.
• Perform surface and treatment tests (pinhole, dyne, streak) on reel samples as scheduled.
• Complete adhesion tests and monitor dyne solutions for accuracy.
• Maintain test records, calibration, and daily checklists for testing equipment.
• Carry out coffee wicking tests and Cobb testing as part of the lab duties.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety protocols in the lab and handle samples properly.
