Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
2. Provide guidance to manufacturing for batch adjustments.
3. Calibrate and standardize laboratory equipment.
4. Maintain records in accordance with company policies.
5. Support testing on raw materials and products.
6. Assist in batch adjustments and advise on complex batch tickets.
7. Ensure laboratory instruments are in good working order.
8. Manage files, records, and sample rooms.
9. Guide disposition of nonconforming materials and rework.
10. Support resolution of customer complaints.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in chemistry or related field.
• Prior QA/QC laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
