Job summary

Health Research Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division in Tennessee is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform technical laboratory work in a scientific research setting.

Summary:

Performs technical laboratory work in a scientific research laboratory. The salary range for this position is $42,434 - $54,302 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; or
• 2. Associate’s degree in a science-related field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time laboratory experience; or
• 3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time laboratory experience.

NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.

A successful candidate will be expected to gain proficiency in a variety of techniques for molecular biology, cell culture, and animal experimentation. Preferred qualifications include hands-on laboratory research experience in a biomedical field and a Bachelor’s degree with successfully completed relevant academic coursework.
