Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Laboratory Support professional in Indiana to maintain cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the lab and manufacturing areas. You will perform glassware washing, inventory checks, and assist with buffer production while collaborating with biochemists to meet weekly schedules.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management and communication skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general laboratory support to maintain cleanliness, operation, and safety.

• Glassware washing.
• Material inventory monitoring support.
• Collaborate with laboratory biochemists to order buffers to meet weekly schedule.
• Support Buffer manufacturing lab as needed.
• 5S audits of laboratories for cleanliness and organization.

• 5S audits of laboratories for adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and organization expectations

B.S./B.A./A.S. in relevant field or relevant work experience prefferred.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management, possess well developed interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail.

The base pay range for this position is:

$55,450 - $76,241

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
