DeCoach Recovery in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring a Laboratory Technician (Moderate Complexity) to perform urine toxicology testing, QC, specimen processing, instrument maintenance and lab documentation in compliance with CLIA & COLA.

The role requires a high school diploma, laboratory or healthcare experience preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently and follow written procedures; and basic computer/data entry skills.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a Lab Technician to work at our Sharonville location. The Medical Laboratory Technician (Moderate Complexity) performs urine toxicology testing, quality control procedures, specimen processing, instrument maintenance, and laboratory documentation in compliance with CLIA & COLA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and prepare patient specimens.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Complete daily quality control and documentation.
• Review and report test results.
• Maintain reagent and supply inventory.
• Follow laboratory SOPs, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.
