Job summary

DeCoach Recovery is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team at the Sharonville location. The role focuses on urine toxicology testing, quality control procedures, specimen processing, instrument maintenance, and lab documentation in accordance with CLIA & COLA.

You will receive, process, and prepare patient specimens while operating lab equipment, maintaining supplies, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Laboratory, healthcare, or toxicology experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow written procedures.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a Lab Technician to work at our Sharonville location. The Medical Laboratory Technician (Moderate Complexity) performs urine toxicology testing, quality control procedures, specimen processing, instrument maintenance, and laboratory documentation in compliance with CLIA & COLA.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and prepare patient specimens.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Complete daily quality control and documentation.

Review and report test results.

Maintain reagent and supply inventory.

Follow laboratory SOPs, HIPAA, and safety guidelines.

Assist with inspections, proficiency testing, and compliance activities.

Qualifications
