Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale in Monroe, NC seeks a Lab Tech 5 (Chemistry) to ensure products meet industry and customer chemistry specifications. You will collect metal samples, test them per protocols, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. The role involves night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

Training runs 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday. A high school diploma is required; a related two-year technical degree or one year of related experience is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking a Lab Tech 5 (Chemistry) to work in our Monroe, NC facility. In this position, you are part of an analytical process where you ensure products meet the chemistry specifications of both the industry and the customer. As a Lab Tech 5, you will take samples of metal material and test them using specific protocols. A successful candidate will need to exhibit good reasoning skills, be able to read and carry out complex technical procedures and have good attention to detail.

This is a night shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, working on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. You will work 2 days, have 2 days off, work 3 days; then 2 days off, work 2 days, then have 3 days off. Training will take place from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Additional Responsibilities
