You will support medical technologists, perform clerical duties such as data entry and lab report handling, maintain supply inventory, and ensure equipment is functioning properly while upholding safety protocols and clear communication with the lab team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Phlebotomy program certificate preferred.
• Lab Assistant program certificate preferred.
• Experience in an acute care facility is a plus (6 months).

Responsabilités

• Receive, process, and prepare patient specimens for analysis with proper labeling and documentation.
• Assist medical technologists with various tasks and maintain a clean lab environment.
• Perform clerical duties: data entry, answering phones, and managing lab reports.
• Maintain supply inventory, order materials, and ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
