Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a Scientific Laboratory Support Technician to provide onsite technical and operational laboratory support for the FDA's Denver laboratories. The role involves preparing media, solutions, sterilizing equipment, assisting with sample preparation, washing glassware, and following safety procedures.

You will work Monday through Friday, full-time, in a structured lab setting, maintaining records, participating in quality control, and supporting waste management and safety checks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of laboratory, custodial, manufacturing, or similar experience.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols.
• Basic familiarity with cleaning, sanitizing, or handling laboratory glassware.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and complete required checklists.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Strong communication of problems and unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare media, solutions, and reagents; monitor and adjust pH.
• Sterilize and process laboratory containers; maintain records.
• Prepare samples and handle laboratory waste following safety procedures.
• Wash glassware and maintain clean work areas.
• Support quality-control and documentation.
