Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics in Centennial, CO is seeking a Manager of Laboratory Support Services. The role leads non-analytical lab support functions, coordinating specimen logistics, data entry, send outs, and customer service to ensure high quality and efficient operations.

The position emphasizes regulatory readiness, continuous improvement, staffing development, and collaboration with IT/LIMS resources to optimize LabVantage workflows and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Five years of experience supporting a high-complexity laboratory environment.
• Three or more years of personnel management experience.
• Five or more years of laboratory support experience.
• Experience working safely with potentially infectious materials using PPE.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to support staff.
• Oversee specimen logistics, data entry, send outs, and client services interactions for efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs and quality requirements are followed.
• Partner with laboratory management to ensure smooth handoffs to the lab.
• Maintain dashboards and performance indicators for planning and quality improvement.
• Work with IT/LIMS to support LabVantage functionality and workflow improvements.
