Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Science or Medical Technology, a minimum of five years post-graduate experience, and MT (ASCP) certification.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Science or Medical Technology.
• Five years of post-graduate work experience as Medical Technologist.
• MT (ASCP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory personnel and ensure compliance with EMR, LIS, and department systems.
• Ensure operations meet CLIA, JCAHO, CAP, and OSHA requirements; prepare for inspections.
• Counsel, evaluate, and administer competency of staff; train new employees.
