Job summary

Travel of 1–2 weeks for training to Fowlerville, MI is required, with ongoing domestic travel of 10–15% in the first year and thereafter. Strong communication, SAP knowledge, and adherence to ISO/IATF standards are important.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in STEM or Plastics Processing.
• Minimum 5 years laboratory experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Laboratory resources to meet work demand
• Hiring, training and development of resources
• Resolution of testing nonconformities
• Coordinate Technical Work Requests (Limited at Athens site)
• Ensure activities comply with lean, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including IATF 16949 / A2LA ISO 17025 / ISO 14001
