Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in STEM or Plastics Processing.
• Minimum 5 years laboratory experience.
• Preferred supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Laboratory resources to meet work demand.
• Hiring, training and development of resources.
• Resolution of testing nonconformities.
• Coordinate Technical Work Requests (Limited at Athens site).
• Ensure compliance with lean, ethical, and regulatory requirements (IATF 16949 / A2LA ISO 17025 / ISO 14001).
• Seek continuous improvement through periodic assessments.
