Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct professional and nonprofessional activities of the laboratory.
• Evaluate instrumentation and methods for current, cost-efficient operations.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and budgeting for the department.
• Maintain effective working relationships with lab staff and pathologists.
• Ensure accurate reporting through quality control and audits.
