Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor at the Aragonite, Utah Incinerator. Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry or related field required.
• 0-2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Maintains all applicable local/state credentials.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following all safe work practices and policies.
• Perform non-routine analysis of samples and oversee related lab operations.
• Complete required licenses, endorsements, and training (OSHA 24/40 hour, IATA where applicable, DOT, RCRA).
• Support Clean Harbors' compliance standards and assist management as needed.

Our Aragonite, Utah Incinerator is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor which will be responsible for the non-routine analysis of samples and related laboratory operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Required Licenses and Endorsements are specific licenses and endorsements required for employment in this job.
• 24 or 40 hour OSHA training and annual updates. IATA certification (where approved by CHES Transportation Compliance). DOT, RCRA Training
• Understands Clean Compliance Standard;
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
