Qualifications

• Knowledge of service delivery protocol and laboratory standards.

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to flex hours and work nights and/or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Client Services/Specimen Receiving department.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Ensure proper instrument maintenance is completed in a timely manner.
• Monitor sample accessioning, registration, and cancellations.
• Maintain clean, organized department with proper storage and inventory levels.
• Manage staffing, production schedules, and time records.
