The US Oncology Network is hiring a Laboratory Services Supervisor for its facility in The Woodlands, Texas. In this full-time role, you'll ensure operational efficiency and compliance in laboratory testing while supervising personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing test procedures, maintaining safety standards, and managing quality control.

Texas Oncology is looking for a Laboratory Services Supervisor to join our team. This full‑time position is located in The Woodlands, Texas and will be Monday‑Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. No weekends, call, or major holidays.

The LTIP is an incentive program that typically vests over three years and is tied to individual performance and operational success. Responsible for the efficient operation of a moderate or high complexity laboratory facility. Ensures accurate and timely testing procedures. Assures compliance with applicable regulations regarding laboratory operations. Participates in site‑specific daily operations, communications and patient flow. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Physical demands include full range of body motion, manual and finger dexterity, eye‑hand coordination, sitting/standing for prolonged periods, handling of complex laboratory equipment, occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs, corrected vision, color perception and hearing within normal ranges, and legible handwriting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
Work is performed in an office environment with significant interaction with management, staff and external auditors and clients. Frequent travel by air or automobile is expected, approximately 70% of the work week, on average.
