Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field, Bachelors preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in laboratory testing.
• ASCP or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as working general supervisor for the laboratory.
• Performs routine tests and develops knowledge of complex tests.
• Supervises laboratory personnel and hires/trains staff.
• Manages training programs and schedules personnel.
• Ensures compliance with quality assurance and safety policies.
• Reviews patient test results and maintains records.
