Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Processing Team Lead to coordinate daily operations in the sample processing lab, perform complex tasks, and ensure proper handling, documentation, cryopreservation, and storage of specimens in line with study requirements.

You will train staff, guide workflows, review data quality, and support with investigations and continuous improvements, acting as an on-site operational resource when the Supervisor is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in biology, chemistry or life sciences required or equivalent.
• 4 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Comfortable with aseptic technique and basic lab skills.
• Proven ability to train and guide staff and coordinate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead sample processing and laboratory operations with independence.
• Perform complex sample processing, cell isolations and cryopreservation.
• Maintain documentation, batch records and QMS compliance.
• Coach staff, assign workloads and provide technical guidance.
• Support quality investigations and continuous improvement.
