Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in laboratory operations, project administration, quality documentation, inventory management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, including setup, invoicing, and closeout.
• Coordinate data entry and tracking in company business systems with engineers and staff.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and proposals per company standards.
• Manage daily lab admin ops including sample handling and material availability.
• Maintain complete sample inventory lifecycle with chain-of-custody records.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and proficiency testing coordination.
