Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and processes including timeline, cost and risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Verify and accurately submit R&D Operations work orders.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work order data from Facilities.
• Support budget management by submitting and tracking PO requests.
• Act as primary vendor contact for the R&D team, including follow-up on work orders and invoices.
• Maintain asset lists and inventory tracking tools.
• Communicate with Operations and Facilities on task status and workloads.
• Participate in routine operations meetings and document minutes; coordinate follow-ups.
