Job summary

Eurofins Donor & Product Testing is seeking an experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day functions of the laboratory, ensuring smooth sample flow and timely testing in a high‑stakes environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, or biological science, has 5+ years of lab leadership experience, and demonstrates strong regulatory knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology.
• 5+ years’ experience in laboratory leadership roles.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local standards and GMP requirements.
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operation of the laboratory to ensure smooth flow of samples and testing.
• Hires, coaches, reviews, manages, and terminates assigned staff.
• Oversees scheduling of laboratory staff to meet production schedules.
• Identifies process improvements to better meet client expectations and company objectives.
• Oversees inventory control and ordering for general laboratory supplies and reagents.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and quality systems and cGMP expectations.
