The role emphasizes leadership capability, strategic planning, and the ability to develop teams while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven leadership and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laboratory operations for efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead Department Leads and managers to promote accountability and performance.
• Plan resources, shift schedules, and workflow to meet demand.
• Monitor capacity, adjust staffing, and prioritize projects.
• Identify process improvements to enhance collaboration and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
