Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory personnel and daily operations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities.
• Achieve department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
• Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and teach staff effectively.
• Review and approve payroll, purchasing requisitions, and scheduling requests.
