Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a laboratory science field, plus several years in high-complexity testing and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.
• Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision to exempt technical staff and non-exempt clinical staff.
• Hires, trains, conducts performance evaluations, and manages workflow for staff.
• Confer with director to determine best approach within procedures and budgets.
