Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented Laboratory Coordinator to support daily operations at our Oklahoma City testing facility. You will collaborate with engineering, facilities, and vendors to keep testing activities running smoothly and safely.

In this role you’ll manage the laboratory readiness, scheduling, equipment maintenance tracking, and coordination of contractors, shipments, and documentation to enable timely project progress in a fast‑paced technical environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering technology, technical operations, facilities coordination, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, testing, or technical environment.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Laboratory Operations & Facility Coordination: Coordinate daily laboratory operations and support readiness of test areas, support systems, and laboratory infrastructure.
• Laboratory Scheduling & Resource Coordination: Maintain the laboratory master schedule and coordinate testing priorities with engineering, product development, service, and program teams.
• Project & Event Coordination: Coordinate laboratory activities related to customer visits, demonstrations, audits, and validation testing programs.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate contractor activities related to maintenance, calibration, facility improvements, and equipment installations.
• Equipment Maintenance & Calibration Support: Maintain equipment maintenance schedules and calibration records and track service status.
