This role serves as a key liaison between engineering teams, laboratory personnel, facilities resources, contractors, and external vendors to ensure testing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project priorities.The Lab Coordinator supports laboratory readiness, scheduling, equipment maintenance tracking, contractor coordination, shipping and receiving activities, documentation management, and overall operational support of testing programs. This position works closely with engineering and laboratory teams to help ensure facility resources, equipment, materials, and support services are available to enable successful execution of laboratory testing activities.This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.Job ResponsibilitiesLaboratory Operations & Facility CoordinationCoordinate daily laboratory operations and support readiness of test areas, support systems, and laboratory infrastructureAssist with facility maintenance activities and repairs to minimize disruption to testing operationsMaintain laboratory organization, housekeeping standards, and storage areasSupport laboratory improvement projects, equipment installations, and facility upgradesServe as a point of contact for facility-related issues and operational support requestsLaboratory Scheduling & Resource CoordinationMaintain skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systemsAbility to work
