Job summary

A Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience and 2 years in management are required; BLS certification and position-specific licensure may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7 years progressive work experience and 2 years management experience.
• Current American Heart Association BLS or American Red Cross CPR/Healthcare Providers certification may be required depending on position.
• State licensure and/or professional certification requirement dependent on position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee three laboratory sites and staff, with hire/fire/promotion authority.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, monitor and evaluate activities to meet organizational goals; improve processes and workflows across departments.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish procedures, enhance clinical/non-clinical workflows and increase productivity.
