Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an Operations Support Technician to manage receipt, storage, and disposal of test materials, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements. Qualifications

• College lab classes or familiarity with lab environment preferred.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with adaptability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Uses software to track receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and archiving of test materials.
• Receives, creates IDs, logs in, and stores materials upon receipt.
• Moves materials between departments; checks in/out; maintains paperwork.
• Returns, disposes of, or archives materials at study finalization.
• Notifies supervisor of issues with samples, labeling, or other problems.
• Follows SOPs, GMP, and relevant regulations for quarantined matrices and materials.
• Maintains required documentation.
• Performs routine calibration of balances.
• Assists in unloading trucks and storing materials.
• Performs homogenization on matrices using approved equipment.
• May perform total radioactive residue analyses.
• May perform culturing tasks and maintenance of dilution equipment.
• Handles regulated materials and toxic chemicals per company procedures.
• Performs other related duties as required.
