You will drive QA, compliance, and efficiency across the unit while coordinating with reference labs and vendors.

The role emphasizes strategic goal development, workforce planning, and reporting, with responsibilities spanning competency programs and SOP reviews to uphold high patient care standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• FLDOH – Clinical Laboratory Supervisor certification required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manages teams of medical technologists and directs daily operations.
• Oversees quality control, proficiency testing, and corrective actions.
• Plans staffing, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Leads training, competency assessment, and performance reviews.
• Develops reports and participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing leaders, and site admin to enhance patient care.
