Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a BS or BA in the biological sciences and at least 2 years of laboratory experience. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with ISO17025 standards and managing staff performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with ISO17025 standards preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all testing methodology is followed accurately.
• Manage staff performance and maintain 24/7 operations.
• Oversee QA/QC and compliance with ISO17025 standards.
• Train staff in testing methods and maintain competence.
• Schedule staff according to client needs.
• Interact with clients to maintain effective communication.
