Qualifications

• Master's degree in Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Cancer Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience managing laboratory operations, scientific resources, budgets, and personnel.
• Experience supporting biological, immunological, molecular, cellular, or translational research programs.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and quality management principles.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative research environment.
• Successful completion of a background check and any required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and support cancer immunology research programs.
• Provide administrative, operational, and technical leadership for immune profiling and related studies.
• Oversee laboratory personnel, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate acquisition and implementation of new technologies and collaborate across OSUCCC and College of Medicine.
