Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Laboratory Manager in Lexington, VA, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role oversees the laboratory operations to ensure the highest quality, safety, and integrity in an efficient and economical manner, reporting to ensure performance aligns with company goals.

The position offers a pay range of $88,550 to $159,050 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

Pay range: $88,550 - $159,050 / year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
