San Dimas Community Hospital, a Prime Healthcare facility, seeks a capable General Laboratory Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure the accuracy of patient results, and oversee quality programs across Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology and more.

Requirements include ASCP certification, a Bachelor's or Associate degree in clinical lab science (or medical technology), California CLS license, and at least four years of hospital lab experience.

Qualifications

• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a laboratory science or medical technology field.
• Minimum four years of hospital laboratory work experience.
• Active California CLS or Medical Laboratory Technologist license required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily operations of the laboratory section or department.
• Provide consultative support to medical staff as Technical Consultant.
• Oversee quality management and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and safety policies.
