Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Laboratory Digital Twin Intern for Spring House, PA. The internship runs May through August 2027, with a full-time 40-hour work week.

The role supports developing a digital representation of our lab spaces using Bluebeam Revu or Lab Design Tool, collaborating with Lab Operations, Facilities/Engineering, and IT/Digital partners. You will gain hands-on experience in digital twin development, spatial data management, QA, and digital transformation within an active lab

Competenze

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Architectural Design, Data Analytics, Project Management or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare dashboards, status reports, presentations, and other business materials.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analysis and translate findings into meaningful insights.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment across office and virtual workspaces.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa.

Mansioni

• Support strategic projects and day-to-day activities within the E&PS Real Estate organization.
• Provide project coordination and project management support: scheduling, minutes, action tracking.
• Support portfolio data and systems management, site planning, and acquisitions/divestitures.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to generate insights and inform business recommendations.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress.
• Organize and participate in meetings with team members, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Support SharePoint and Microsoft Teams documentation and cross-functional activities.
• Collaborate with internal partners and support Credo-related activities.
• Provide additional project, analytical, and administrative support as needed.
