Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Lab Courier to handle deliveries and pickups of medical specimens, test results, and images between hospitals, clinics, and labs. You will maintain trip logs and related paperwork while providing strong customer service.

The role requires a Valid state Driver's License and a High School/GED. Prior courier experience is preferred; a clean driving record and reliable vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up products from customers in clinics and hospitals by traveling between facilities.
• Ensures good customer relations by establishing a scheduled route for delivery and pickup promptly.
• Maintain a clean van/truck by removing trash and debris.
• Completes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management.
• Assist the department during periods of increased activity and/or when staff shortages occur.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Lab Courier will maintain accurate trip logs, and all paperwork related to the job. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, safe driver who can offer great customer service.
