Job summary

Bon Secours in Richmond, VA is seeking a Lab Courier to handle deliveries and pickups of medical specimens, test results, images, and related paperwork across hospital, clinics, labs, and designated locations. The role requires reliable, safe driving and good customer service.

Shift options are 1pm–9:30pm or 2pm–10:30pm; candidates must have a valid state driver's license and High School/GED; salary range is $16.32–$23.15 per hour; benefits are described in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Previous courier experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and picks up products from customers in clinics and hospitals by traveling between facilities.
• Ensures good customer relations by establishing a scheduled route for delivery and pick up promptly.
• Maintain a clean van/truck by removing trash and debris.
• Completes daily checklist to ensure van and equipment are in working order and reports any malfunction of the vehicle to management.
• Assist the department during periods of increased activity and/or when staff shortages occur.
• Other duties as assigned.
