Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• 2–3 years of courier or logistics experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience supervising staff and managing scheduling logistics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains courier staff schedules to ensure full coverage of all scheduled runs.
• Coordinates courier routes and stop schedules for timely pick-ups and deliveries.
• Responds promptly to stat pick-up requests and ensures quick turnaround.
• Ensures accurate specimen pick-up and timely return to the laboratory.
• Maintains records of all specimen transactions from clients and draw stations.
• Coaches and supports courier staff to uphold departmental standards and safety guidelines.
• Keeps supervisor informed with updates and reports.
