ConvenientMD in Manchester, NH is seeking a Medical Lab & Inventory Courier Coordinator for 30 hours per week to oversee daily courier operations between clinics, warehouse, and central lab. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, timely deliveries, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate routes, monitor activity, and maintain logs while ensuring HIPAA and biohazard transport rules are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in courier coordination or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of specimen handling and biohazard transport.
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for couriers, clinic staff, lab personnel, and warehouse teams.
• Monitor courier activity and respond to urgent or unplanned requests.
• Ensure compliance with specimen handling, biohazard transport, and HIPAA rules.
• Maintain courier logs, delivery records, and route data.
• Process orders in procurement software and prepare shipments.
• Receive shipments and organize inventory in designated locations.
• Manage inventory levels, barcode all items, and restock as needed.
• Schedule and track routine vehicle maintenance.
• Support reporting and data entry using Microsoft Office.
• Identify opportunities to improve routes and reduce costs.
