Laboratory Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Department of Biological Sciences and Department of Chemistry and Physics SUPERVISOR: Dean, College of Science, Technology & Mathematics PURPOSE: We are seeking a Lab Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our Biology and Chemistry teaching laboratories. In this role, you will oversee lab equipment and supply maintenance, assist faculty and students in setting up experiments, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The Lab Coordinator will also handle inventory management and support administrative tasks such as preparing reports and coordinating lab-related activities and events. If the successful candidate holds a Master’s degree, there may be an opportunity for instruction as well. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of laboratory operations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment.
Eight (8) hours per day, Monday - Friday 40 hours a week. Additional hours worked as needed.
