12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (flexible)
Training Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8-10 weeks)
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Primary Purpose:
The Lab Client Support Technician provides technical and preanalytic support services for a designated division of technical operations and clients. Contact clients regarding specimen information such as integrity, volume, test clarification, and missing specimens. Acts as a supportive link between customers and all other areas of the company.

Motivations:
High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
Associate's Degree or higher in Biology or a related field.
Completion and demonstration of department-specific training and competency within 6 months.
Experience in a medical laboratory setting, coursework in medical terminology, biology, communications, or related sciences, call center experience, typing speed of 35 WPM, 10-key skills, familiarity with LIS, and HIPAA knowledge.
