Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences.
• 24 semester hours of science courses that include 6 semester hours of chemistry.
• 6 semester hours of biology.
• 12 semester hours of any combination of chemical or biological sciences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and internal departments regarding laboratory testing.
• Ensure accurate test selection, specimen requirements and processing instructions.
• Manage test cancellations and problem resolution within lab sections to correct errors and ensure accurate reporting.
