Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) seeks a Per Diem Phlebotomist to draw blood from adult and pediatric patients at the Malden Outpatient Phlebotomy Lab. Under supervision, you will perform routine venipuncture, process specimens, and assist with registration and clerical tasks.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy training; basic computer skills are helpful. On-site shifts include weekends and on-call coverage, with competitive pay and benefits aligned to CHA policies.

To perform a narrow range of laboratory procedures and related duties, with supervision, following established standards and practices; to promote the efficient operation of the laboratory and patient care. To ensure an effective laboratory customer interface for providers, patients, visitors and other Alliance staff. Job Purpose: Performs routine laboratory work, with supervision, for which there are well-established procedures and minimal steps. This work contributes to the efficient operation of the laboratory.
