Responsibilities

• The Laboratory Assistant supports the Lab Tech on glassware and media and bulk solution preparation services.
• The Laboratory Technician reports directly to the Laboratory Lead.
• Media preparation, glassware decontamination, material management and MPW handling.
• Compliance with USP, EPA, OSHA and FDA regulations in laboratory support.
• Autoclave and waste handling procedures, MPW collection and disposal, and related documentation.
