Job summary

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support the Lab Tech with glassware decontamination, media preparation, and waste management in a fast-paced lab environment.

The role requires an HS diploma with science lab experience and the ability to follow SOPs under regulatory guidelines. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must have H.S. Degree with science lab experience.
• Must complete a favorable background investigation suitable for the issuance of a PIV card.

Responsibilities

• Support Lab Tech with glassware decontamination and media prep.
• Prepare and deliver media from dehydrated media in bulk and various formats.
• Schedule and coordinate annual preventative maintenance for media prep equipment.
• Maintain MPW waste handling records and collection points according to SOPs.
• Keep storerooms and media prep areas clean to GMP/GLP standards.
