Prioritize tasks to meet member needs, update members on delays, and verify check-in/walk-in status. Communicate effectively at all times.
  4. Greet members promptly: Use good customer service skills, such as eye contact and smiling. Demonstrate competency in Cerner and HealthConnect/EPIC systems. Maintain professionalism and adhere to policies regarding appearance and conduct. Use proper telephone etiquette. Process orders accurately, monitor waiting areas, and protect PHI. Follow department procedures for processing and monitor pending functions to ensure timely processing. Keep the accession area clean and stocked. Perform other duties as assigned.
