Sanford Health in Williston, ND, is seeking a phlebotomy-focused lab team member for a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly and a clear path to develop patient-care skills within a leading rural health system.

Responsibilities include preparing specimens, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting in onboarding new teammates. A high school diploma or GED and formal phlebotomy training are preferred, with a potential sign-on

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program; phlebotomy experience and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred.
• May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Job Description

Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.

Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
