Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Laboratory Analyst for a 12-month contract in Lodi, CA. The role supports Bulk Buffer, Reagents, and Bead production labs in a fast-paced GMP/GLP environment, with opportunities for hands-on reporting and process improvement.

Ideal candidates are recent Life Science graduates or those with GMP manufacturing experience, comfortable with 10-hour shifts and flexible schedules. Day and swing shifts available with shift differential.

Qualifications

• BS in Life Sciences or equivalent with 0–1 years experience; AA with 1–2 years; HS diploma with 2–4 years.
• Experience in GMP/GLP/ISO environments and cGDP documentation.
• Ability to perform analytical testing and operate lab equipment.
• Familiarity with SOPs and quality records.

Responsibilities

• Support Bulk Buffer, Reagents, and Bead production labs.
• Execute bulk buffer formulation, aliquoting, and labeling of reagents.
• Operate beadulators for bead dropping; manage sieving and lyophilizers.
• Perform QC checks: pH, density, conductivity, UV spectrophotometry.
• Maintain Right First Time documentation per cGDP and SOPs.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals and manage inventory.
